We hope you like what you ordered.
If you don’t, we’ll swap it for a colour, size or style that suits you.
You can also return your order if you wish, but please note that return shipping is not sustainable.
To avoid unnecessary returns, we recommend that you choose the items you order carefully.
How to return the product?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products (e.g. body wash) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please fill in a return form.
Without a return form, we will not always be able to identify the order, which means we will not be able to refund your money.
Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
If delivered to a parcel machine in Estonia, returns are free of charge.
To exchange or return your order, we will send you a parcel label by e-mail.
Important: The parcel label is only valid for 14 days after it is issued.
If the label expires, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the ordering party.
For other deliveries we do not cover return costs, but products can be returned or exchanged at a pre-arranged time at our Ülenurme office.
Defective or wrong product
We’re sorry if you received a defective or incorrect product.
We’ll exchange it, but let us know first.
Email us at info@kasitooratt.ee and we’ll arrange a way for you to return the product.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Defective or incorrect product information (model, size, colour).
- Description of the defect, with a photo if possible
Money back
We will send you a confirmation letter once we have received and checked the returned products.
Confirmed products will be refunded within 14 days in the same way you paid for your order.
