Privacy policy

1. General provisions 1.1.
This Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
Personal data is collected, processed and stored by the data controller kasitooratt.ee (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).
1.2.
For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, a data subject is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.
1.3.
The data processor shall comply with the principles of data processing set out in the legislation, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly and securely.
The data processor is able to confirm that the personal data have been processed in accordance with the law 2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data 2.1.
The personal data collected, processed and stored by the data controller are collected electronically, mainly through the website and e-mail.
2.2.
By sharing his/her personal data, the data subject grants the data processor the right to collect, organise, use and manage the personal data that the data subject directly or indirectly shares with the data processor when purchasing goods or services on the website, for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.
2.3.
The data subject is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the data he/she provides.
Knowingly submitting false information will be considered a breach of the Privacy Policy.
The data subject is obliged to inform the data processor immediately of any changes to the data provided.
2.4.
The data processor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the data subject or to third parties by the data subject as a result of the submission of false data. 3. 3.1.
The Data Processor may process the following personal data of the Data Subject.

Lisaks eeltoodule on andmetöötlejal õigus koguda kliendi kohta andmeid, mis on kättesaadavad avalikes registrites.
3.3.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.

1. (a) the data subject has given his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. (b) processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the data subject or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. (c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
4. (f) the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests override the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms for which the personal data must be protected, in particular where the data subject is a child.

3.4.
Isikuandmete töötlemine vastavalt töötlemise eesmärgile: 3.4.1.
Töötlemise eesmärk – julgeolek ja turvalisus Isikuandmete säilitamise maksimaalne aeg – vastavalt seaduses nimetatud tähtaegadele 3.4.2.
Töötlemise eesmärk – finantstegevus, raamatupidamine Isikuandmete säilitamise maksimaalne aeg – vastavalt seaduses nimetatud tähtaegadele 3.5.
Andmetöötlejal on õigus klientide isikuandmeid jagada kolmandate isikutega, kelleks on näiteks volitatud andmetöötlejad, raamatupidajad, transpordi- ja kullerettevõtted, ülekandeteenuseid pakkuvad ettevõtted Andmetöötleja on isikuandmete vastutav töötleja.
Andmetöötleja edastab maksete teostamiseks vajalikud isikuandmed volitatud töötlejale.
3.6.
Andmesubjekti isikuandmete töötlemisel ja säilitamisel rakendab andmetöötleja organisatoorseid ja tehnilisi meetmeid, mis tagavad isikuandmete kaitse juhusliku või ebaseadusliku hävitamise, muutmise, avalikustamise ja mis tahes muu ebaseadusliku töötlemise eest.
3.7.
Andmetöötleja säilitab andmesubjektide andmeid sõltuvalt töötlemise eesmärgist, kuid mitte kauem kui 5 aastat. 4. Andmesubjekti õigused 4.1.
Andmesubjektil on õigus saada ligipääs oma isikuandmetele ning nendega tutvuda.
4.2.
Andmesubjektil on õigus saada informatsiooni tema isikuandmete töötlemise kohta.
4.3.
Andmesubjektil on õigus täiendada või parandada ebatäpseid andmeid.
4.4.
Kui andmetöötleja töötleb andmesubjekti isikuandmeid andmesubjekti nõusoleku alusel, siis on andmesubjektil õigus igal ajal nõusolek tagasi võtta.
4.5.
Andmesubjekt saab õiguste teostamiseks pöörduda e-poe klienditoe poole aadressil info@kasitooratt.ee.
4.6.
Andmesubjektil on oma õiguste kaitseks võimalik esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile. 5. Lõppsätted 5.1.
Käesolevad andmekaitsetingimused on koostatud kooskõlas Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määrusega (EL) nr 2016/679 füüsiliste isikute kaitse kohta isikuandmete töötlemisel ja selliste andmete vaba liikumise ning direktiivi 95/46 / EÜ kehtetuks tunnistamise kohta / EÜ (isikuandmete kaitse üldmäärus), Eesti Vabariigi isikuandmete kaitse seadusega ning Eesti Vabariigi ja Euroopa Liidu õigusaktidega.
5.2.
Andmetöötlejal on õigus andmekaitsetingimusi osaliselt või täielikult muuta, teavitades andmesubjekte muudatustest kodulehe kasitooratt.ee kaudu.
