  1. VALIDITY OF THE TERMS OF SALE

1) The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods between the buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and RÄTT OÜ (hereinafter the Online shop kasitooratt.ee) in the online shop of RÄTT OÜ(registered at: 16144422, e-mail: info@kasitooratt.ee, address: Kaasiku 32, Ülenurme, Kambja parish, Tartumaa 61714).
2) In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the online shop kasitooratt.ee are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CCPA) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3) The online shop kasitooratt.ee reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale.
Such changes shall be reflected on the website www.kasitooratt.ee.

  1. INFO

1) The goods are sent to an Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD parcel terminal according to the price list of the service provider.
Read more about delivery in section 6 and under “Delivery”.
2) If the order has been placed before the terms of sale or prices have been changed, the legal relations between the Buyer and the Webshop kasitooratt.ee shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time the order was placed.
4) The online shop kasitooratt.ee reserves the right to make changes to the sales prices.
These changes will be reflected on the website www.kasitooratt.ee. 5) All prices are given in euros.

  1. MAKE VICES

1) On kasitooratt.ee it is possible to pay with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank and PocoPay bank links.
2) All payments are made in euro and will be deducted from the payer’s account in euro.
3) Payments via bank links are brokered by Montonio Finance OÜ under contract.
4) The online shop is the controller of personal data.
The online shop transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

1) Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
2) To place an order, click on the “Go to checkout” link in the shopping cart 3) On the order page, fill in the required fields correctly, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided will determine the speedy and smooth delivery of the goods and the subsequent resolution of possible disputes and claims.
Upon registration of the customer account, information will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the data.
3) Indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and place the order by clicking on the button with the same name.
4) You will receive an invoice for payment.
You can view the invoice at any time by logging into your customer account.
The invoice will also be sent to the email address indicated in the Customer details.
5) Orders placed in the Online Shop will be processed on working days (Mon-Fri 10.00-18.00).
If the order is placed on a Friday after 15:00, the order will be processed the following Monday.

  1. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES CONTRACT

1) With the contract of sale of the goods, the Online shop kasitooratt.ee undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the existing goods or the goods to be acquired by the Online shop kasitooratt.ee in the future and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Buyer, while the Buyer undertakes to pay the Online shop kasitooratt.ee the amount indicated on the invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.
2) The sales contract shall enter into force upon receipt of the payment made by the Buyer into the bank account of the Webshop kasitooratt.ee.

  1. TARNE

1) Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia.
2) After the sales contract has entered into force, the online shop kasitooratt.ee guarantees the delivery of the order to the Buyer and hands it over to the company’s logistics partners for delivery.
3) Delivery time is 1-3 days on average.
In exceptional cases, the maximum possible delivery time is 45 calendar days.
4) The delivery deadlines indicated on the website of the e-shop are valid from the moment the order amount is credited to the bank account of the Online Shop kasitooratt.ee.
5) In order to ensure that the delivery is carried out without delays, care must be taken to provide correct and valid information when entering the delivery details when placing the order.
6) The online shop kasitooratt.ee is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online shop kasitooratt.ee could not influence or foresee.
7) Delivery method – The goods will be sent to the Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD parcel terminal nearest to you. Ordering goods from an Omniva parcel terminal – €3 When the parcel arrives at the parcel terminal, an SMS message will be sent to your mobile phone with the location of the parcel terminal and the door code.

  1. RIGHT OF RETURN

1) After receipt of the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
If the goods are defective or do not correspond to the product description on the kasitooratt.ee website, the withdrawal costs will be paid by the Online shop kasitooratt.ee. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, kasitooratt.ee will pay the initial delivery costs related to the return of the goods. 2) Upon receipt of the goods, you must ensure that the packaging is intact.
Please make sure that the packaging of the goods is intact before signing the accompanying document.
Claims will not be accepted later.
Goods to be returned must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, the packaging must not be broken or damaged.
In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the Buyer must handle and use the goods only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop.
3) In order to return the Goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the Goods must be made in free form and sent to info@kasitooratt.ee within 14 days of receipt of the Goods at the latest.
4) The Buyer must return the goods to the Webshop kasitooratt.ee immediately after the submission of the declaration or at the latest within 14 days thereafter, or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.
5) The online shop kasitooratt.ee shall, upon receipt of the withdrawal request, refund the amount paid for the goods to the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal request.
6) In order to return the product, a withdrawal notice must be sent to the e-mail address info@kasitooratt.ee.

  1. THE INVISIBLE LEG

1) The online shop kasitooratt.ee is not liable for damages caused to the Buyer or for the delay in delivery of goods, if the damage or delay in delivery of goods is caused by circumstances that the online shop kasitooratt.ee could not influence or foresee.

  1. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

1) The 2-year deadline for filing a complaint provided for in section 218(2) of the LOA applies to products sold by the online shop kasitooratt.ee.
2) In case of a defect, the purchaser must submit a complaint to the Online shop kasitooratt.ee within two months of the occurrence of the defect at the latest, attaching the digital or paper invoice on the basis of which the purchase of goods was paid.
3) The online shop kasitooratt.ee is not liable for – defects in the product caused by the Buyer, which have arisen from failure to follow the instructions for use of the product, as a result of improper or improper use and storage of the product, – normal wear and tear of the product.
4) In the event of non-conformity or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@kasitooratt.ee, indicating the name of the person placing the order, the contact telephone number, the order number and a precise description of the non-conformity or defect of the product.
5) All complaints will be reviewed and the Buyer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

  1. THE BUYER’S RIGHT OF RECOURSE TO THE EUROPEAN UNION’S CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM.

1) If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@kasitooratt.ee.
2) If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to settle the dispute through an agreement, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The terms and conditions of the procedure can be consulted and the application submitted HERE.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop.
The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
3) The Buyer may refer the matter to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
