Return to<\/h1><\/div>

We hope you like what you ordered.
\nIf you don’t, we’ll swap it for a colour, size or style that suits you.
\nYou can also return your order if you wish, but please note that return shipping is not sustainable.
\nTo avoid unnecessary returns, we recommend that you choose the items you order carefully.<\/p>\n<\/div>

How to return the product?<\/h5><\/div>

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
\nThe 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products (e.g. body wash) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
\nIf you wish to return or exchange your order, please fill in a return form.
\nWithout a return form, we will not always be able to identify the order, which means we will not be able to refund your money.
\nReturned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
\nIf delivered to a parcel machine in Estonia, returns are free of charge.
\nTo exchange or return your order, we will send you a parcel label by e-mail.
\nImportant: The parcel label is only valid for 14 days after it is issued.
\nIf the label expires, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the ordering party.
\nFor other deliveries we do not cover return costs, but products can be returned or exchanged at a pre-arranged time at our \u00dclenurme office.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Defective or wrong product<\/h5><\/div>

We’re sorry if you received a defective or incorrect product.
\nWe’ll exchange it, but let us know first.
\nEmail us at info@kasitooratt.ee and we’ll arrange a way for you to return the product.
\nPlease include the following information in your email: <\/p>\n

  • Order number<\/li>\n
  • Defective or incorrect product information (model, size, colour).<\/li>\n
  • Description of the defect, with a photo if possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
    Money back<\/h5><\/div>

    We will send you a confirmation letter once we have received and checked the returned products.
