Privacy policy<\/h2>\n

1. General provisions<\/strong> 1.1.
\nThis Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
\nPersonal data is collected, processed and stored by the data controller kasitooratt.ee (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).

\nFor the purposes of the Privacy Policy, a data subject is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.

\nThe data processor shall comply with the principles of data processing set out in the legislation, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly and securely.
\nThe data processor is able to confirm that the personal data have been processed in accordance with the law 2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data<\/g> 2.1.
\nThe personal data collected, processed and stored by the data controller are collected electronically, mainly through the website and e-mail.
\n2.2.
\nBy sharing his\/her personal data, the data subject grants the data processor the right to collect, organise, use and manage the personal data that the data subject directly or indirectly shares with the data processor when purchasing goods or services on the website, for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

\nThe data subject is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the data he\/she provides.
\nKnowingly submitting false information will be considered a breach of the Privacy Policy.
\nThe data subject is obliged to inform the data processor immediately of any changes to the data provided.

\nThe data processor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the data subject or to third parties by the data subject as a result of the submission of false data. 3. 3<\/g>.1.
\nThe Data Processor may process the following personal data of the Data Subject.

    \nAndmet\u00f6\u00f6tlejal on \u00f5igus klientide isikuandmeid jagada kolmandate isikutega, kelleks on n\u00e4iteks volitatud andmet\u00f6\u00f6tlejad, raamatupidajad, transpordi- ja kullerettev\u00f5tted, \u00fclekandeteenuseid pakkuvad ettev\u00f5tted Andmet\u00f6\u00f6tleja on isikuandmete vastutav t\u00f6\u00f6tleja.
    \nAndmet\u00f6\u00f6tleja edastab maksete teostamiseks vajalikud isikuandmed volitatud t\u00f6\u00f6tlejale.

    \nAndmesubjekti isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel ja s\u00e4ilitamisel rakendab andmet\u00f6\u00f6tleja organisatoorseid ja tehnilisi meetmeid, mis tagavad isikuandmete kaitse juhusliku v\u00f5i ebaseadusliku h\u00e4vitamise, muutmise, avalikustamise ja mis tahes muu ebaseadusliku t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise eest.

    \nAndmet\u00f6\u00f6tleja s\u00e4ilitab andmesubjektide andmeid s\u00f5ltuvalt t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise eesm\u00e4rgist, kuid mitte kauem kui 5 aastat. 4. Andmesubjekti \u00f5igused<\/g> 4.1.
    \nAndmesubjektil on \u00f5igus saada ligip\u00e4\u00e4s oma isikuandmetele ning nendega tutvuda.

    \nAndmesubjektil on \u00f5igus saada informatsiooni tema isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise kohta.

    \nAndmesubjektil on \u00f5igus t\u00e4iendada v\u00f5i parandada ebat\u00e4pseid andmeid.

    \nKui andmet\u00f6\u00f6tleja t\u00f6\u00f6tleb andmesubjekti isikuandmeid andmesubjekti n\u00f5usoleku alusel, siis on andmesubjektil \u00f5igus igal ajal n\u00f5usolek tagasi v\u00f5tta.

    \nAndmesubjektil on oma \u00f5iguste kaitseks v\u00f5imalik esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile. 5. L\u00f5pps\u00e4tted<\/g> 5.1.
    \nK\u00e4esolevad andmekaitsetingimused on koostatud koosk\u00f5las Euroopa Parlamendi ja n\u00f5ukogu m\u00e4\u00e4rusega (EL) nr 2016\/679 f\u00fc\u00fcsiliste isikute kaitse kohta isikuandmete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel ja selliste andmete vaba liikumise ning direktiivi 95\/46 \/ E\u00dc kehtetuks tunnistamise kohta \/ E\u00dc (isikuandmete kaitse \u00fcldm\u00e4\u00e4rus), Eesti Vabariigi isikuandmete kaitse seadusega ning Eesti Vabariigi ja Euroopa Liidu \u00f5igusaktidega.
